Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, as it leaves a space that cannot be filled in time.
​Late cancellations or no-shows significantly impact the business and as a result, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- Clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee for not showing up.
Late Arrivals
I understand that circumstances may cause late arrivals, unfortunately arriving more than ten (10) minutes will result in a forfeit of the appointment and can result in a last minute cancellation fee.
​Advance Appointment Policy
Clients are welcome to book up to two (2) appointments in advance online.​
If you wish to secure more than two (2) future appointments, owner approval is required. This ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
Complimentary Services Policy
Complimentary services must be redeemed within one (1) week of being issued.
After this period, the offer will expire and cannot be reissued or extended.
